Data from: The relevance of gene flow in metapopulation dynamics of an oceanic island endemic, Olea europaea subsp guanchica

Nuclear microsatellite data of western Olea europaea subsp guanchica populationsMatrix containing 105 Olea guanchica individuals sampled on four oceanic islands and genotyped with six nuclear microsatellites. The attached matrix has a SPAGeDI format, but please note that geographical coordinates are not included for some populations. This does not cause a problem when running the program to obtain population differentiation estimates.
