Glacial Deposits

This hosted feature layer has been published in RI State Plane Feet NAD 83. This dataset shows Rhode Island glacial deposits, such as outwash and till deposits, and some but not all bedrock outcrops. Glacial deposits of RI from 1960's USGS maps. The intended use of these data are for groundwater resource inventory and management.本托管要素图层（hosted feature layer）采用罗德岛州平面英尺坐标系NAD 83（NAD 83）发布。本数据集涵盖罗德岛州的冰川沉积（glacial deposits），包括冰水沉积（outwash）、冰碛沉积（till deposits）以及部分而非全部基岩露头（bedrock outcrops）。本次罗德岛州冰川沉积数据源自20世纪60年代美国地质调查局（USGS）的地形图。本数据集的预期用途为地下水资源清查与管理工作。
