Input Parameters:
1. Custom start time: Format is YYYYMM, which represents the query year and month. For example, if today is January 19, 2019, the two-year valid data range was December 2016 to November 2018 prior to the January 20, 2019 update. A valid input example is 201612. If no input is provided, the default query range is the most recent 6 months. Note: After the January 20, 2019 update adjusted the two-year valid data range to January 2017 to December 2018.
2. Custom end time: Format is YYYYMM, which represents the query year and month. Its description, examples and notes are identical to those of the custom start time parameter. If no input is provided, the default query range is the most recent 6 months. Note: After the January 20, 2019 update, the two-year valid data range is January 2017 to December 2018.
3. License plate number: Must be encrypted with MD5, with a 32-bit lowercase ciphertext.
4. License plate color: Available options are yellow, green, blue; the default value is yellow.
5. Vehicle type: 0 for passenger vehicles, 1 for freight vehicles.

1. Passage count during 11:00–14:00 (inclusive of 11:00)
2. Passage count during 14:00–17:00 (inclusive of 14:00)
