Complete Set of Tunneling Measurements Into Variable-Thickness 2H-TaS2
收藏资源简介:
This file contains the full dataset of tunneling into variable-thickness 2H-TaS2 as a Matlab structure. It is subdivided into a collections of sub-structures, each of these representing the data measured on a different tunnel junction. Junctions whose thickness was confirmed in TEM are named as LN with N the number of layers. In cases where two junctions have the same thickness, they are named LNA and LNB. Junctions whose thickness was not confirmed and had to be estimated based on optical contrast have placeholder names such as Thin_A and Intermediate_A. In the structures, one may find raw data vectors as follows: Variables denoted "spectrum" are part of the measurement of the zero-field, base-temperature spectrum. Variables denoted "Hpara" are part of the in-plane field measurement. Variables denoted "Hperp" are part of the out-of-plane field measurement. Variables denoted "tempdep" are part of the temperature-dependent spectra series of measurements. The vector "steps_T" includes the temperatures in which they were taken. Variables denoted "G0" are part of the zero-bias conductance vs. out-of-plane field measurement. Variables denoted "cooldown" are part of the measurement of the zero-bias conductance vs. temperature while cooling down from above the critical temperatures. In all variables, "_V" denotes bias voltage, "_H" denotes magnetic field, "_G" denotes the measured conductance, "_I" denotes the measured current. It should be noted that not all types of measurement were performed on all junctions.
