资源简介:
The SIFTER Solar-Induced Fluorescence (SIF) version 3 database is
available as monthly averages with 0.5x0.5 degrees spatial resolution.
We developed an improved retrieval algorithm to retrieve mid-morning
(09:30 hrs local time) SIF estimates on the global scale from GOME-2
sensor on the Metop-A satellite (GOME-2A) for the 2007-2017 period.
SIFTER v3 uses newly reprocessed level-1b Release 3 (R3) data, which
provides a more homogenous record of the reflectances, and addresses
reflectance degradation accurately by incorporating an advanced
in-flight degradation correction that accounts for time, wavelength, and
scan-angle dependencies throughout the entire record. The SIFTER v3
dataset demonstrates improved robustness and consistency, both spatially
and temporally, throughout the 2007-2017 record, and aligns closely
with independent GPP measurements from the global FluxSat and FLUXCOM-X
products. The monthly data is filtered for cloud fractions < 0.3,
autocorrelation values < 0.2 and qa_values > 0.6.
The SIFTER v3 data is described in the following paper:
