This dataset contains the minimal data underlying the findings reported in the article entitled “Association between Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes and Oncotype DX Estrogen Receptor, Progesterone Receptor, and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Single Gene Scores in Hormone Receptor-Positive/HER2-Negative Breast Cancer”. The dataset includes anonymized clinicopathological variables and gene expression-related scores used for statistical analyses. All data have been fully de-identified, and no direct or indirect personal identifiers are included.
