Sorghum Malt Screening Summary 2002–2004: 74 Samples from a USDA-ARS Cooperative Program

Description: Earlier rounds of the same USDA-ARS cooperative sorghum malting program: 24 samples from 2002–2003 submissions and 50 from a 2004 Missouri/Kansas/Nebraska search, spanning Texas and SorTech breeding lines and early hybrid candidates (74 rows). Measures: extract, diastatic power (source spreadsheet does not record the unit system — published as recorded and flagged), alpha-amylase (DU), FAN, protein, wort turbidity, clarity, and color. The turbidity column makes this the earlier program's distinctive contribution.
