RPKM values for purified human neutrophils after 1 h incubation in the absence or presence of GM-CSF and/or TNFa

The dataset contains RPKM values for genes expressed by human neutrophils (from healthy donors), purified by ficoll-hypaque density gradient centrifugation (>97% pure). The cells were incubated in the absence (UT, n=5) or presence of GM-CSF (GM, n=3, at 5 ng/mL) or TNFa (TNF, n=3, at 10 ng/mL) or the combination of the two cytokines.
