Beet rhizosphere bacterial metagenome under draught stress and inoculation with wild beet root microbiome

Bacteria-free wild (sea) and crop (sugar) beet plants were grown in two soils either inoculated with lyophilized wild beet roots or not under draught conditions or normally watered. Rhizospheric bacteria were analyzed by means of 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. We strived at determination of draught influence on the endophytic beet microbiome to form and of the set of organisms that are picked up from rhizosphere.
