The analysis of industry standards and academic knowledge on user experience and online lead generation

The dataset entails document analysis and an industry questionnaire to identify the gap in academic knowledge and industry adoption of user experience within online lead generation. The document analysis used a content analysis method to identify the themes most discussed in academia. The identified themes within academia became the main discussion point of the participatory design sessions with industry professionals from various backgrounds to develop an initial framework. The outcome of the participatory design was subjected to thematic analysis to identify more themes that were not included in the initial framework. These additional themes from the thematic analysis were then used to validate and enrich the framework. The adapted version of the framework was then discussed in a subsequent session with the same participants to finalise. <br><br>
