Capable customer interviews

Transcripts of semi-structured interviews with people who self-identified as trying to be more sustainable in their fashion and wardrobe choices. Interviewees were recruited via Twitter, local networks of climate/sustainability related activists, and snowballing posts from participants. Interviews were conducted online using Teams, recorded and transcribed using the automated transcript function and corrected manually using the recording.
