Functional and taxonomic responses of tropical moth communities to deforestation

This dataset contains the results of a study on moth communities (Saturniidae and Sphingidae) conducted in 27 farms in deforested Brazilian Amazonia. The dataset are organized into three separate tables that are linked by common rows or columns: 1) a community table which contains the number of individuals observed for each of the 120 species (columns) at each of the 27 farms (rows); 2) a trait table which contains the values of five functional traits (columns) documented by species (rows); and 3) an environmental table which contains the values of six landscape metrics (columns) described for each farm (rows).
