Data for spatial phylogenetic analyses of the Iberian angiosperm flora
收藏资源简介:
We present the datasets used to study spatial phylogenetic patterns in Iberian angiosperms. In particular, this repository contains the four datasets (all of them containing both distribution and phylogenetic data) used: The core dataset: distribution and phylogenetic data of all Iberian angiosperms already present in the GBOTB (GenBank taxa with a backbone provided by Open Tree of Life) megaphylogeny. The comprehensive dataset: distribution and phylogenetic data of all known Iberian angiosperms. For this dataset, phylogenetic data contain 100 trees created with randtip that place missing taxa in the phylogeny. The apomict-excluded dataset: distribution and phylogenetic data derived from the core dataset but excluding apomictic and taxonomically complex genera with large numbers of Iberian endemics. The strictly-endemic dataset: distribution and phylogenetic data derived from the core dataset comprising only species that are strictly endemic to the study area. In addition, this repository includes environmental data extracted for each grid cell in the study area to explore the abiotic drivers of spatial phylogenetic patterns, and the species name correspondence between distribution and phylogenetic data used for nomenclatural standardization.
