RNA-seq files for HY73 trios

These data are raw files from RNA sequencing for water-saving and drought-resistance rice varieties Hanhui3 (the paternal parent), Huhan7A (the maternal parent), and Hanyou73 (the hybrid) under different phytohormones and stresses. Each variety has three biological replicates for each treatment or control. Leaves or roots of the seedlings were collected for total RNA isolation, and then performed mRNA-seq by HiSeq 2500 according to Illumina's standard instructions to obtain the paired-end reads.
