We have discovered that KLF12 plays a crucial role in both cisplatin resistance and the metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. In order to understand the functions of KLF12, we conducted RNA-seq experiments on KYSE30 cells following KLF12 knockdown, which allowed us to identify genes directly regulated by KLF12.
