This project is intended to identify the direct targets of NR5A-family nuclear receptor Ftz-f1 in Drosophila follicle cells. The project is separated into two parts. The first one is single-end RNA-seq data from stage-10B-12 egg chambers of control or ftz-f1RNAi females with VM26Aa-Gal4. The second part is pair-end sequencing data of CUT&RUN with anti-FLAG and mouse control IgG antibody. The tissues are stage 10B-13 egg chambers of ftz-f1::GFP.FLAG females.
