Coordinates of retention elements identified in "Genetic elements promote retention of extrachromosomal DNA in dividing cancer cells"

Coordinates of episomal retention elements (hg19) identified by Retain-seq screens in COLO320DM, GBM39, and K562 cell lines. Columns indicate chromosome, start and end coordinates (in hg19) of each retention element genomic interval, width (in bp), strand, ID number, and whether the retention element was identified as significantly enriched in Retain-seq screens in a given cell line (1 if enriched, 0 if not).
