Gene expression profle at single cell level of lacrimal gland

The lacrimal gland (LG) is essential for tear secretion and plays a critical role in dry eye disease (DED). This study utilized single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to investigate the cellular diversity of the LG in both normal and DED conditions. Samples were collected from normal control mice, dry eye mice induced by scopolamine (SCOP) and dry stress (DS), and dry eye mice treated with tamsulosin for single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq).
