The COMPADRE Plant Matrix Database is a comprehensive repository housing hundreds of matrix population models for plant, animal, algal, fungal, bacterial and viral taxa. It provides matrix population model datasets to address global ecological and evolutionary research questions. COMPADRE primarily focuses on data for plants, algae and fungi, while COMADRE covers data for animals, bacteria and viruses. The database is regularly updated to release species data, and also presents GPS coordinate information of the studied populations.
