Intercultural communication has become an essential component of foreign language education in the globalized world. This study examines the role of intercultural communication in English language learning and its impact on communicative competence. The research explores how learners develop awareness of cultural differences, interpret diverse communicative behaviors, and interact effectively across cultures. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes theoretical perspectives and practical implications of intercultural communication in language education. The findings indicate that successful communication depends not only on linguistic proficiency but also on cultural awareness, empathy, and adaptability.
