Database of infection control and surveillance program, 2010-2017

A full anonymized database from infection control and surveillance program at the ICU, collected from October 1st, 2010 to June 30th, 2017. Files "database_infection_monitoring_NSI_days" contain information about each day (one row is one day) of infection monitoring ordered by the date and then by ID. The size of this database is (40366, 243). Files "database_infection_monitoring_NSI_patients" contain information collapsed by patients (one row is one patient) and ordered by date. The size of this database is (2286, 234). Both databases have primarily collected original features as well as aggregated features which were generated from original features. Both databases are provided in two data formats: .csv and .pkl. The python code to generate aggregated features is also available.
