aVero cells were pretreated with different concentrations of recombinant human IFN-β at 37°C. After 24 h, the cells were infected with the viruses at an MOI of 0.0001. The virus titers (log10TCID50/0.1 ml) were measured 72 h after infection. The values indicate the means of three experiments.
