This dataset provides high-resolution maps of soil organic carbon (SOC) stock in coastal saltmarshes and unvegetated tidal flats of China for the year 2022. Two depth intervals are included: 0–40 cm. The simulations were generated by integrating surface soil property predictions (bulk density and SOC) with ecological mechanisms linking vegetation contribution to soil carbon (CVSC<sub>t</sub>) and the vertical gradient of carbon stock (VG<sub>CS</sub>). SOC stock is expressed in <b>g C m⁻²</b>, with a spatial resolution of 10 m. Outputs are provided as single-band GeoTIFF files, where each pixel value represents the estimated SOC stock within the specified depth interval. These data are intended for large-scale assessment of blue carbon storage and spatial heterogeneity in coastal ecosystems.<br>Please cite Qi G, Wei J, Li H, et al.
