RNA-seq transcriptome profiles of Streptomyces clavuligerus strains with varied clavulanic acid synthetic potentials

RNA-sequencing was performed on four S. clavuligerus strains, including both wild-type and mutant strains with varied clavulanic acid synthetic potentials. Total mRNA samples were collected for each strain across four different growth stages with biological duplicates. Overall design: transcriptome profiling data of the four S. clavuligerus strains (wild type, C1, OR, NL) at four different growth phases, with biological duplicates, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
