Data for a manuscript about rapid cold hardening and the sodium pump in locusts

The purpose of the experiments was to examine the effect of rapid cold hardening on the activity of the sodium pump (NKA) in biochemical assays and in the axon of a visual interneuron in locusts. There are 3 spreadsheets of data (described in the Readme file): spectrophotometric data on NKA activity in homogenized ganglia and electrophysiological data on the activity of a visual circuit and on parameters of action potential conduction in the axon of the descending contralateral movement detector neuron.
