"This dataset contains radiative and environmental measurements collected during an experimental campaign conducted in Itaja\u00ed, Santa Catarina, Brazil, with the objective of characterizing the surface radiative balance and supporting the estimation of surface albedo under real outdoor conditions. The data were acquired using a low-cost embedded sensing platform capable of simultaneously measuring incident solar radiation, reflected solar radiation, and ambient temperature.Measurements were performed over five consecutive weekdays (Monday through Friday) during the period of highest daily solar irradiance, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (local time). The acquisition system recorded data at one-minute intervals, resulting in 240 samples per day and a total of 1,200 observations. The measured variables include ambient temperature (\u00b0C), incident radiation (W\/m\u00b2), and reflected radiation (W\/m\u00b2). Based on these measurements, surface albedo was calculated as the ratio between reflected and incident radiation.The dataset is organized as a single table containing continuous time-series records of environmental and radiative variables. Each entry includes a timestamp, ambient temperature, incident and reflected radiation values, and the corresponding albedo coefficient. This structure enables fine-grained temporal analysis of radiative dynamics and supports the assessment of albedo variability under varying environmental conditions.This dataset provides experimental observations that can support research in urban climate analysis, surface energy balance studies, characterization of urban material radiative properties, and the development of distributed environmental monitoring systems based on low-cost IoT architectures. "
