Stress responsive mRNA isoform analysis in human and mice

To investigate functional stress responsive mRNA isoform in human and mice, we performed high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of HEK293T and N2a cells under ER and metabolic stresses. We performed ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depleted RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of human HEK293T and murine N2a cells treated with thapsigargin (TG, inducing ER stress) or glucose deprivation (GD, inducing metabolic oxidative stress).
