Frankliniella occidentalis dehydration transcriptome

Comparative RNA-seq analysis to elucidate the transcriptomic response to dehydration in adult males and female Frankliniella occidentalis. Total RNA was isolated from whole body adult male or female Frankliniella occidentalis using the RNAqueous Total RNA Isolation Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). The sequencing library construction and sequencing were performed by the DNA Sequencing and Genotyping Core at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
