Overview This repository contains numerical simulation data for the three-dimensional atmospheric mountain wave test case produced using the Fluidity-Atmosphere model. It includes all input configurations, mesh files, preprocessing scripts, and output fields required to reproduce the simulation. Contents This dataset includes three main components: Preprocessing scripts and input profilesScripts used to generate damping coefficients, domain setup, and initial conditions. Model configuration and unstructured mesh filesIncludes the .flml configuration, geometry description, and the full mesh used for the simulation. Simulation outputsContains checkpoint files, diagnostic statistics, and visualization-ready .vtu files from both CPU and GPU runs. Usage All .vtu outputs can be directly opened in visualization tools such as ParaView. The dataset can be used for validation, comparison of CPU/GPU performance, or reproducing the mountain wave benchmark.
