16S amplicon sequencing from total DNA extracted from specimens of Eunicea fusca, Eunicea clavigera, Eunicea laciniata, Plexaura kuna, Cliona varians, and Seawater marine plankton collected in Punta Betin and Punta Venado, Southern Caribbean Sea, North Colombian shore, Santa Marta Bay, Magdalena, Colombia, South America. The samples are of Colombian origin, and they were obtained according to Amendment No. 5 to ARG Master Agreement No. 117 of May 26, 2015, granted by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development -Colombia-.
