The Rules of Water of a Water/Section of Water regulate the competence of water maintenance. They are mainly distinguished according to the following orders: — Federal waterways; — Waters I. Order (GIO) according to Water Act BW, with water stretches defined in accordance with the WG (version 2013); — Waters II. Order (GIIO) --> distinction between “water management” and “subordinate water management” (without water borders, without water show)
