Addition of high phosphorus concentration reduced the diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in temperate agro-ecosystems

Studies on the community assembly of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) have increased in recent decades, but information about the processes driving the assembly of coexisting AMF communities by P in agro-ecosystems remains limited. To investigate the effect of different P fertilizers on AMF communities in temperate agroecological system, this study was conducted using soils from the wheat and maize rotation farmland in Henan Agricultural University Yuanyang Base.
