ESPON Digiplan

The dataset as a part of the international project ESPON Digiplan. The aim of this international project is to assess the extent, organisation and financing of digitisation of plan data as well as the use of these data in ESPON member countries. As a part of the in-depth case study, 7 virtual expert interviews in Switzerland and 5 virtual expert interviews in Germany were conducted with experts on the topic of digitisation of plan data. The documents contain the transcripts of the interviews. The transcripts aim to capture the content of the interviews, which is why voice raising and lowering, as well as pauses in the interview, were not specifically recorded. The interviews were conducted in German, therefore the transcripts are also in German.

本数据集为国际项目ESPON Digiplan的组成部分。该国际项目的目标是评估规划数据数字化的覆盖范围、组织架构与融资模式，以及规划数据在ESPON成员国中的应用情况。作为深度案例研究的一环，研究团队面向规划数据数字化领域的专家，在瑞士开展了7场线上专家访谈，在德国开展了5场线上专家访谈。本次发布的文档包含上述访谈的转录文本。转录文本旨在完整留存访谈的核心内容，因此未专门记录访谈过程中的语音起伏与停顿。由于访谈以德语进行，因此转录文本亦采用德语撰写。
