ALKBH5 is one of the important m6A demethylases and is reported to be closely associated with tumorigenesis.In this study, we report gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells treated with ALKBH5 shRNA. This study reveals a novel role of ALKBH5 in downstream gene regulation and provides a new explanation ofALKBH5’ s function in colorectal cancer. Samples included 2 HCT1116 shNC and 2 HCT116 shALKBH5. RNA-seq after knockdown of ALKBH5 in HCT116 cells.
