AI use in Pakistani banking,software and telecom industry

The data collected from the employees of different industries e.g. software,banking, and telecom to study the use of AI and  synergistic effects  employee AI crafting, growth need strength and STARA Competencies on creativity. The data is self reported and is used in the study focused on mentioned variables. The data also included the demographic variables e.g. employee gender, heirarchical level,education, industry, and AI use level. The data is confidential and shall be made available on reasonable request.
