MESA inlists, input files and associated data products for the paper "A Channel to Form Fast-spinning Black Hole-Neutron Star Binary Mergers as Multimessenger Sources. II. Accretion-induced Spin-up". Version 15140 is used. BH-He stars binary evolution result data are included in ''result.zip'', and folders name match the initial parameters of system, e.g. BHs mass, He-rich stars mass, periods, accretion rates limit.  The detailed evolution history is in file ''history.data'', where its initial parameters match the folder name. We evolve He-rich stars until the carbon depletion is reached in the center, we suggest the last line of ''history.data'' is the end of BH-He rich stars evolution course. BH-NS binary systems evolution sim based on these data with method described in the article.
