Nymphaea thermarum Reorganized Genome sequencing and assembly. Nymphaea thermarum strain:NT0014

A reorganized genome assembly and annotation of Nymphaea thermarum, based on original assembly PRJNA1085992. The reorganization was performed to produce an assembly with positional homology to a reorganized genome assembly of Nymphaea dimorpha (original assembly PRJNA1085993), in order to facilitate locus comparisons across the genomes of the two species. The reorganization was performed by mapping the PRJNA1085992 N. thermarum genome assembly against the PRJNA1085993 N. dimorpha genome assembly. The reorganized genomes for the two species were annotated separately, and then resolved together to produce a single annotation that could be applied to both reorganized genomes.
