NRS-13830 | Register of church and school deeds received and delivered

This volume register records deeds of grant for churches, schools and cemeteries received in the Treasury, and later the Survey Department, for delivery to the grantees. The register shows the date when the deed was received, the date when the deed was advertised, the date of the deed, the location of the grant, the names of the grantees (usually trustees), area of the grant, the purpose of the grant (church, school or cemetery), the denomination to which the grant was made, the amount due on fees for the deed, the signature of the person to whom the deed was delivered, and the signature of the witness to the delivery.(7/1180). 1 vol.
