The Swiss node of the European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA) initiative

The European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA) is a pan-European initiative with the goal of coordinating the generation of high-quality annotated reference genomes for all eukaryotic biodiversity across the continent (https://www.erga-biodiversity.eu/). Working together with the ERGA initiative, the Swiss node, ERGA-CH, is coordinating national sampling, sequencing, and assembly efforts to generate high-quality reference genomes meeting Earth BioGenome Project (EBP) standards.
