Reproducibility archive for Anthropogenic Heat in Urban Climate Systems: Forcing, Sensitivity, and Feedback
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility archive for the Reviews of Geophysics commissioned review on anthropogenic heat in urban climate systems. It holds the evidence base behind the review and the machinery that produced it. The deposit is organised as five bundles, so a reader can take only the part they need: rog-ah-01-search-and-corpus: the locked Web of Science query, its per-branch counts, and the corpus index that screening ran over. rog-ah-02-prompts-and-schema: the screening and extraction prompts with their changelog, and the JSON schemas used to validate model output. rog-ah-03-model-runs: one directory per model run: inputs, outputs, and metadata recording the model identifier and prompt version, together with the structured per-paper extraction. rog-ah-04-figure-data-and-scripts: inputs, plotting scripts and the source manifest behind the figures, including the one compared dataset that has no persistent identifier. rog-ah-05-si-counts: the script that derives the counts reported in the supporting information, its consistency check, and the derived values. MANIFEST.sha256 lists a checksum for every bundle and for every file inside one. Figure 2 compares five global anthropogenic heat flux datasets; four resolve to their own DOIs and are not duplicated here, and sources.json records the identifier, filename, size and checksum of each. The deposit also carries AHF_2005-2040_0.5x0.5.nc, the 0.5 degree gridded anthropogenic heat flux dataset of Flanner (2009, https://doi.org/10.1029/2008GL036465), inside the figure bundle at data/publication/figure2/qf_datasets/. That dataset is third-party work. It is redistributed here unmodified and with attribution because its original host, http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/tss/ahf/data/, went offline in July 2024 and the dataset has no persistent identifier of its own, so Figure 2 could not otherwise be reproduced from a citable source. The copy was retrieved on 2026-08-07 from the Internet Archive capture of 2012-04-13 and verified against the digest that the archive records for that capture; the full provenance is in AHF_2005-2040_0.5x0.5.nc.provenance.txt, which is deposited alongside the bundles as well as inside that one. The CC-BY-4.0 licence on this record covers our own materials only and does not extend to that dataset; cite Flanner (2009) when using it.
