BayesPrism analysis and workflow for the study Axon guidance deficits in a human sensory neuron model of Fabry disease

Bioinformatical workflow of the BayesPrism analysis for the study Axon guidance deficits in a human sensory neuron model of Fabry disease. The workflow contains an executable shell script that covers all analysis steps including installation functions for the needed Python and R packages. Some have of the publicly available input data (like genome sequences and annotation) are not included to save storage volume and can be downloaded via one of the functions in the run script.
