Seven-day-old A. thaliana Col-0 seedlings were treated with compounds 1–8 at concentrations of 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 µg/mL for 7 days, respectively. Fresh weight of the seedlings was collected. Values in the table are presented as percentage of the mean compared to the control. SE is one standard error of the mean, n = 4. The IC 50 values of the phytotoxic flavonoids were calculated using SPSS 16.0 software. * P <0.05.
