README — Coffee Plant Spectral and Water Potential Dataset Description This dataset contains spectral and water potential measurements of coffee plants collected in the municipality of Diamantina, northern Minas Gerais, Brazil, during 2014, 2015, and 2016, capturing seasonal climatic variations. Two coffee management systems were studied:- **Irrigated:** Plants under artificial irrigation.- **Rainfed (Sequeiro):** Plants relying exclusively on natural precipitation.
