Complete data set of land snails from the Dolina 2007 project collected by time restricted search

In the “Dolina 2007” project, we sampled four different micro-habitat types (litter, live wood, dead wood, rock) and registered life stages of the collected snail individuals as live (adults or juveniles), fresh empty shells, and broken/degraded shells. This micro-habitat scale surveying of land snails poses new kids of methodological challenges because of different shell accumulation rates in different micro-habitats. Because, we are not aware of any other similar micro-scale malaco-faunistic publication of similar geographical extent, thus we feel our data worth publishing to set up a standard for micro-scale land snail surveys.
