This dataset is generated by the Disabled Persons' Federation of Jianli City during the performance of its statutory duties of annual review for proportion-based employment of persons with disabilities. It contains detailed information including employer information and personal information of the disabled employees it has employed. The dataset can be used to accurately grasp the employment status of persons with disabilities across the city, analyze the employment trends of this group, provide data support for the formulation and optimization of employment policies for persons with disabilities, and serve as a basis for carrying out targeted employment services.
