This study examines the transcriptional changes invoked by the novel anti-cancer agent PTC596 in AsPC-1 pancreatic cancer cells as compared to DMSO. Overall design: Gene expression data are presented for 6 replicates of AsPC-1 cells from 3 time points at 8, 16 and 24 hours, respectively, that were either treated with PTC596 or DMSO.
