资源简介:
Single cell sequencing of Sim1-Cre;tdTomato+ FACS sorted cells from hypothalami of wildtype and Sim1 heterozygous mice. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing (Drop-Seq) was performed on tdTomato+ FACS sorted cells hypohalami of Sim1-Cre;tdTomato and Sim1-Cre;tdTomato;Sim1Het (double-heterozygous) mice at postnatal day 1 to 4. For each genotype, hypothalamus tissues from 6 pups were pooled for single-cell dissociation, followed by FACS sorting and single-cell RNA sequencing.
