The objectives of the study are to know the genetic diversity of fungi that inhabit the soil of the high Andean forest of Aguarongo Ecuador, to know their relationship between the indices of divergence and the nutritional chemical elements present in the soil, as well as their relationship with the gradient of height of the mentioned forest.The relevance of the study is that this study will improve the understanding of terrestrial microbiomes.
