Results of protein array for atherosclerosis

ProtoArray® screening for autoantibodies in atherosclerosis. The screening was performed using ProtoArray® Human Protein Microarrays v4.0 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA), which were loaded with 9,480 species of proteins. In total, 20 serum samples (10 each from the patients with atherosclerosis and healthy donors) were employed to detect antigens specifically recognized by IgG antibodies in the patients' sera. The positive numbers out of 10 healthy donors' sera and 10 patients' sera are shown.
