女性生殖系统的疾病即为妇科疾病，妇科疾病是女性常见病、多发病。为明确女性生殖系统的疾病发生发展的机制、个性化治疗方案、疗效的随访、药物敏感性研究及新药研发等，江苏省苏北人民医院建立高质量、标准化、规范化、信息化生物样本库，主要收集卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌组织样本（正常、癌旁、癌）、血液样本（血清、血浆、白细胞）及多囊卵巢综合征卵泡液样本，为女性生殖系统疾病的相关临床研究奠定基础。

食管癌遗传资源是指人类因环境、饮食习惯、生物性病因等多种因素导致的食道病变相关的血液、组织等样本。本资源库收集了江苏及周边地区患有早期、中期、晚期食道病变人群的相关样本，包括血细胞、血清、血浆、正常组织、癌组织、PBMC等生物样本。其中进行手术治疗的患者在收集组织样本的同时也收集血液样本。资源库的建设根据人群地理位置分布、生活环境、饮食生活习惯、遗传易感性等因素划分队列，并搜集相关数据进行整合。食
